Ankita Chowdhury, the Founder and managing director of The Wellness Jar is a Nutritionist, Consulting Dietician, Health & lifestyle Coach, Diabetes Educator, and Nutripreneur by profession. She is passionate about health and nutrition and is extremely dedicated to helping people achieve their health goals and transform them into healthier and fitter versions of themselves. She has done her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Mumbai, done the National Diabetes Educator Program and is a Life Member of the Indian Dietetic Association, Mumbai Chapter.
She has a total experience of 14yrs which includes internships with food industries and hospitals and working in slimming centers, and MNCs, working as a freelancer and doing workshops for corporates, conducting talks and presentations for various companies, associations and schools
