Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: We do not accept cancellations once a booking is confirmed. All consultation bookings are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation by The Wellness Jar: If we are unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., practitioner unavailability, technical failure, etc.), the customer will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling as preferred.

Refund Process

If your booking is cancelled by The Wellness Jar and you opt for a refund:
– The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
– The amount will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., card, bank account, or wallet) used during the transaction.
– You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
